The process of hiring requires password only staff access to download tours from the Kiosk to the GPS device; this ensures you receive client agreement to your terms of hire as well as collecting payment.
During the download process from Kiosk to GPS, the GPS device settings are reset to default ensuring that all have an equal experience!
Sales activity is collected and maintained on your kiosk. This information is uploaded to the online portal with each periodical kiosk license update for statistical analysis.
