Can I use my own GPS device?
Unfortunately no. Our GPS platform and mapping has been custom designed to offer you optimal touring experience and it is not compatible with off the shelf GPS devices.
What if I take a wrong turn?
No problem! The GPS device will calculate a new set of navigation instructions and you will simply be re-directed to the location.
I've seen a location already. Can I skip to the next?
Sure can. Just touch the waypoint locations in the top left of screen, select the next location and you will automatically navigate to the chosen location.
I couldn't hear the commentary. How do I replay?
As long as you are still within the trigger radius of the last location, simply touch the "Repeat" button to listen to the commentary again.
We stopped for a break and turned the unit off and accidentally closed the tour. Can we restart from the next point on our list?
Absolutely. The GPS will recall the last location if the unit happens to power down. Alternatively, there is an option to Resume Tour.
How long can I keep the GPS device for after my tour?
If hiring from a local outlet, you must return the GPS device on the day of the final leg of your tour.
If hiring online, dependending on the length of your tour, we require that your post the GPS device back to us no later that 48 hours after completing the last leg of your tour in the Express Post satchell provided.
I'm not savvy with electronic equipment. Will I be able to use the GPS device?
On-screen instructions means that using the device is very easy. You will also be provided with printed Help guides.
